Gen Z accounts for 25% of India's population, but has only 26 MPs, MLAs

As per 2011 Census projections, Gen Z accounts for around 25.8% of India's population but has only six Lok Sabha MPs and 20 MLAs. This is partially because most of Gen Z can't become legislators, as the minimum age to contest elections in India is 25. Notably, Gen Z are defined as those currently in the age band of 14-29.
