Gen Z are bringing parents to job interview; Survey

Intelligent, an online magazine focused on student life, surveyed 800 managers, directors and executives involved in the hiring process. One in five (19%) said a recent college graduate brought a parent with them to their job interview. According to the survey, "These employers are willing to implement a variety of different tactics to avoid working with recent college graduates."
