Gen Z was targeted at TCS' Nashik unit for religious conversion: NCW

NCW's fact-finding committee said the accused in the TCS religious conversion and sexual harassment racket targeted Gen Z employees with anti-religious discourse at the Nashik office. It noted that many female victims were afraid to lodge complaints as the office saw systemic bullying, stalking and demeaning conduct. The accused bullied female employees by denigrating Hindu mythology, it added.
