'General Hospital' actor Jay Pickett passes away at 60

Veteran soap opera actor Jay Pickett, who has starred in series like 'General Hospital' and 'Days of Our Lives', passed away at the age of 60. The actor's wife confirmed the news of his demise. Pickett was on location, filming a scene for his upcoming movie 'Treasure Valley' when he died, film's director Travis Mills stated.
