Generally women are smarter than men: Rahul Gandhi in Chennai

While interacting with college students in Chennai, Congress President Rahul Gandhi said, "I think, generally women are smarter than men." "I don't think women should be second to men in any way. We will pass Women's Reservation Bill in Lok Sabha, assemblies and reserve 33% for women in government jobs," he added while answering a student's question on women empowerment.
