Gensol Engineering founders Anmol Singh Jaggi and Puneet Singh Jaggi stepped down as MD and Whole-time Director, citing compliance with the SEBI's interim order. SEBI last month barred the brothers from accessing the securities markets until further notice amid accusations of siphoning off loan funds from their publicly listed company Gensol Engineering for personal use.
