Gensol secures contract worth ₹164 crore for bio-hydrogen project

Gensol Engineering Limited’s share price surged over 3 percent after securing ₹164 crore contract with Matrix Gas & Renewables Ltd. for India’s first bio-hydrogen project. Scheduled for completion in 18 months, the project will convert 25 tons of bio-waste into 1 ton of hydrogen daily. It uses GH2-PREGS technology and supports India’s National Green Hydrogen Mission.
