Germany arrests 3 Ukrainians over Russia-linked parcel bomb plot

Three Ukrainians were arrested on suspicion of plotting parcel bomb attacks in Germany on behalf of Russia. The suspects allegedly attempted to send explosives-laden parcels with GPS trackers from Germany to Ukraine, aiming to carry out attacks on cargo. "Russia is trying to destabilise Western democracies by all means, including targeted sabotage," German Justice Minister Stefanie Hubig said.
