Ghaziabad policeman drags 14-yr-old e-rickshaw driver by hair, beats him

A video surfaced showing a policeman named Bhanu Prakash dragging an e-rickshaw driver by hair and beating him up on a road in Ghaziabad. As the video went viral, police said ACP Wave City has been directed to launch an investigation. As per reports, Prakash thrashed 14-year-old Sohail over an argument. Reports claimed Prakash was also associated with misbehaviour earlier.
