GT openers Shubman Gill and Sai Sudharsan are 54 runs away from breaking the record for most runs scored by a pair in a single IPL season. The duo have amassed 886 runs in 15 innings, including four century stands. The current record belongs to pair of AB de Villiers-Virat Kohli, who scored 939 runs for RCB in IPL 2016.
