Giribala Singh trained in cyber forensics, might have tampered with evidence: HC

While cancelling the anticipatory bail of former judge Giribala Singh in Twisha Sharma death case, the Madhya Pradesh HC also made observations about her specialised training in cybercrime, cyber forensics and crime scene management. The court added that the possibility of Singh using her expertise to tamper with evidence and influence the course of the investigation cannot be ruled out.
