Girl photobombs minister speaking outside Parliament, shows tongue

A picture of a girl photobombing Minister of State Jayant Sinha as he speaks on the Interim Budget 2019-20 outside the Parliament has gone viral. In a video, she can be seen showing her tongue more than twice standing behind Sinha as he speaks to the media. "The government always presented a good budget, this year's no different," Sinha said.
