Girls’ mobile numbers sold in UP shops for ₹50: Report

Girl's mobile numbers are being sold from recharge outlets across Uttar Pradesh for prices that vary between ₹50-₹500 and are being used to stalk them over the phone, police have reportedly said. The prices of their numbers are based on their looks. The racket was unearthed after CM Akhilesh Yadav had set up round-the-clock police helpline 1090, the report stated.
