GMR Airport to acquire 10% stake in Delhi International Airport

GMR Airports Infrastructure Limited shares jumped 2.7% to ₹93.31, following a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with Fraport AG Frankfurt Airport Services Worldwide. GMR Airports plans to acquire 10% stake in Delhi International Airport Limited (DIAL) for ₹1,058 crore. Post-acquisition, GMR’s stake in DIAL will increase from 64% to 74%, with the Airports Authority of India retaining 26%.
