Go First sues Pratt & Whitney, files emergency petition in US

Go First has sued US-based Pratt & Whitney and has filed an emergency petition in the US. Go First had cited non-delivery of engines by Pratt & Whitney as reason for 50% of the airline's fleet being grounded, which led Go First to insolvency. Pratt & Whitney had been ordered by an arbitrator to supply spare engines to Go First.
