Go learn etiquettes first: Haryana CM Khattar scolds reporter

Haryana CM Manohar Lal Khattar, while scolding a reporter, said that he should first learn "etiquettes of media". The reporter asked about delay in addressal of grievances received on the digital platform 'CM Window Haryana'. Responding to this, Khattar said the media's job is to ask questions and not accuse the government. He further said "media is only a medium".
