Goa asks dept heads to 'actively tune in' to PM's 'Mann Ki Baat'

The Goa government has asked all heads of state government departments to "actively tune in" to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's monthly "Mann Ki Baat" radio broadcast. "Departments are encouraged to draw inspiration from the positive suggestions and best practices shared during the programme, for implementation to enhance governance and service delivery in the state of Goa," the circular read.
