Goa businessman's son rams speeding Mini Cooper into bike, kills 1

A 21-year-old son of a Goa businessman has been arrested after his speeding Mini Cooper S car knocked over a bike in Panjim, killing a 23-year-old woman and injuring another on Sunday night. “The car was a brand new vehicle and was likely purchased a few days prior to the accident,” a police official said. The accused has been booked.
