Goa family earns Rs 42 lakh per acre from organic coconut farming

The Naik family in Goa has been growing coconut, areca nut, fruits and spices organically for over three decades. They produce around 80 products on Nanu Farms by processing the farm output. But the most interesting aspect is the per acre revenue from organic coconut farming - Rs42 lakh per year! They also sell coconut and areca nut seedlings.
