Goa govt to set up 'picnic zones' to deter public drinking

The Goa government has said it'll set up special 'picnic zones' along its beaches to step up the implementation of its ban on drinking in public places. The state's Tourism Minister Manohar Ajgaonkar said those who want to go can go and drink in the 'picnic zone'. The law on public drinking was passed by the Legislative Assembly last year.
