Goa man detained after allegedly filming 2 girls on beach

A man in Goa was allegedly caught recording two girls on a beach without their consent. A viral video showed the girls confronting him as a lifesaving guard intervened and took his phone after he refused to hand it over. A police officer later detained him after the device was recovered, amid Goa Police's crackdown on non-consensual photography.
