Goa recommends Ivermectin medicine to all residents above 18 to combat COVID-19

Goa government has cleared a new COVID-19 treatment protocol which recommends all residents above 18 to take five tablets of Ivermectin medicine in order to prevent viral fever that accompanies the infection. "We are giving this as a prophylaxis treatment," Goa Health Minister Vishwajit Rane said, adding that the drug would be made available at all health centres.
