Goat milk gains popularity with cheese, soap at Punjab fair

Goat milk products including chèvre cheese, ghee, khoya and soap were showcased at the Pashu Palan Mela at Guru Angad Dev Veterinary University in Punjab's Ludhiana. Rajasthan-based Green Pockets plans to launch goat milk ghee and khoya. University scientists displayed cheese, while visitors gathered at stalls featuring goat milk soap enriched with vitamins A and D.
