Godrej Properties has acquired two prime land parcels in Kolkata and Gurugram for premium residential developments. The Kolkata project off EM Bypass has an estimated revenue potential of about ₹1,650 crore, while the Gurugram project on Golf Course Extension Road could generate over ₹4,500 crore. CEO Gaurav Pandey said these additions push FY26 future sales potential beyond ₹40,000 crore.
