Godrej Properties gets MahaRERA nod for ₹10,000 cr Worli project

Godrej Properties Ltd has received MahaRERA registration for Phase 1 of its ₹10,000 crore Godrej Trilogy project in Worli, Mumbai. Covering 2.63 acres, the first phase includes two towers—Seaturf and Seafront—with 11 lakh sq ft of saleable area. The project launch is expected this quarter, enhancing GPL’s South Mumbai residential portfolio.
