Godrej Properties posts strong 2025 growth with higher bookings

Godrej Properties Limited became India’s largest listed residential real estate developer in 2025, with a booking value of ₹34,171 crore, up 19% YoY, and collections of ₹18,979 crore, up 28%. The sale of 16,428 homes and 27 million sq ft across 41 launches in MMR, NCR, Bengaluru, Pune, and Hyderabad highlighted strong momentum.
