Godrej wins NCR project with over ₹7,000 Cr potential

Godrej Properties emerged as the highest bidder for a 23.2-acre land parcel in Greater Noida’s DMIC Integrated Township. The company plans a premium residential development with revenue potential exceeding ₹7,000 crore. The acquisition strengthens its NCR portfolio, where recent Greater Noida projects generated around ₹1,500 crore each in sales bookings.
