Goenka reacts to video of littered Vande Bharat, says 'How to teach civic sense'

A video widely shared on social media showed a Vande Bharat train coach littered with discarded water bottles, snack packets and other waste left behind by passengers. Reacting to the video, businessman Harsh Goenka said, "How to teach our people civic sense." The littering was highlighted as housekeeping staff could be seen regularly collecting waste from passengers.
