Logistics firm GoJavas has reportedly been acquired by inter-city courier service Pigeon Express. While the financial details of the deal have not been disclosed, majority of GoJavas employees have been asked to quit and the company will be shutting down all the operations in due course. Snapdeal, which owns 42% stake in GoJavas, was also looking to acquire the company.
