Gold generated higher returns than Nifty since 2000: Nithin Kamath

Entrepreneur Nithin Kamath said gold has generated higher returns than Nifty since 2000. "Gold has been kind to Indian investors...Nobody can explain what makes gold prices move, but it seems to work," he stated. "Now that SGB (sovereign gold bond) issuance has stopped, gold ETFs (exchange traded funds) are probably the best way to get exposure to gold," he added.
