Gold price rises; list shows prices in Indian cities

Gold prices in India rose on Wednesday amid persistent buying by stockists and a weaker rupee. In Mumbai, 24-carat gold is retailing at approximately ₹1,60,070 per 10 grams, said NDTVProfit. In Kolkata, the rate stands at ₹1,59,860. The rate in Delhi stands at ₹1,59,800. In Chennai, it is ₹1,60,540. In Hyderabad and Bengaluru, the rates are ₹1,60,320 and ₹1,60,200, respectively.
