Gold prices drop by ₹5,500/10 grams in 10 days since Trump's US election win

Gold futures in India on MCX have dropped by nearly ₹5,500/10 grams in 10 days since Donald Trump claimed victory in US Presidential elections. Spot gold has also dipped over $200 in 10 days as it fell from a high of $2,750.01/ounce to a low of $2,536.9/ounce on Thursday. Gold prices may rebound if US Federal Reserve accelerates rate cuts.
