Gold prices hit a three-month high while crude oil prices dipped by over $1 on Monday as the US dollar weakened against its peers amid rising expectations of additional sanctions against Iran. Gold bullion rose 1.2% to cross $4,660/ounce (₹4.45 lakh/31 grams), extending its third consecutive weekly gain. Silver also rose 0.98% to $69.65/ounce (₹6,665/31 grams).
