Gold worth ₹42.2 lakh hidden in rectum seized at Hyderabad airport

Custom officials at Hyderabad's Rajiv Gandhi International Airport on Thursday caught a passenger who was smuggling 679 grams of gold worth ₹ 42.26 lakh. The passenger who arrived by flight from Riyadh reportedly had the gold concealed in his rectum in the form of four capsules. The alleged smuggled gold was seized by the officials.
