Goldman Sachs acquires Groww shares worth ₹210 cr from Friale fund

Goldman Sachs Bank acquired shares worth about ₹210 crore in Billionbrains Garage Ventures, the parent company of stockbroker Groww, through an open-market transaction on June 4. The bank purchased 1.13 crore equity shares from Friale Fund at ₹185.5 per share. Following the deal, Billionbrains Garage Ventures shares rose 0.67% to ₹190.16 on the National Stock Exchange.
