Golf star hits moving ball towards hole, penalised

Five-time major championship-winning golfer USA's Phil Mickelson was handed a two-stroke penalty at the US Open after he jogged and hit a moving ball to change its direction towards the hole. The six-time US Open runner-up, who was also celebrating his birthday, said that he preferred taking the two-shot penalty and was merely taking advantage of the rules.
