Goli Vada Pav fails to pay ₹3.5 crore debt, admitted to insolvency

Mumbai-based fast-food restaurant chain Goli Vada Pav Private Limited has been admitted to corporate insolvency resolution process by NCLT. Vista Processed Foods Pvt Ltd had filed a plea alleging that Goli Vada Pav failed to pay ₹3.56 crore debt. The tribunal found that Goli Vada Pav had committed default by not paying debt due on account of supply of goods.
