Goods train with essential commodities leave Guwahati for Manipur

The first goods train carrying essential commodities from Assam's Guwahati to Manipur was flagged off on Sunday. The train is bound for Khongsang railway station at Tamenglong. "This marks a new era of faster and efficient connectivity for Manipur," said CM N Biren Singh. He thanked PM Narendra Modi and Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw for it.
