Google appoints SVP Prabhakar as Chief Technologist amid reshuffle

Google CEO Sundar Pichai has appointed Indian-origin Senior VP Prabhakar Raghavan, who was responsible for Google Search, Assistant, Ads, Commerce, and Payments, as Chief Technologist amid a major reshuffle. Nick Fox, a long-time Google veteran and a member of Raghavan's leadership team, will take over his previous position. The Gemini app team will also be integrated into Google DeepMind.
