Google expands spam policies to tackle 'back button hijacking'

Google has announced an expansion in its spam policies to include "back button hijacking" from June 15. The deceptive practice occurs when a site interferes with browser navigation and prevents users from going back to the page they came from. Google will now classify it as a malicious practice and has given sites two months to make the required changes.
