Google launches Google Pics, separate AI app for image generation & editing

Google on Tuesday introduced Google Pics, a new AI-powered image creation and editing app built on the Nano Banana model. The tool will allow users to create, swap, or edit specific details for more creative control. The app is now available to trusted testers and will be rolled out to Google AI Pro and Ultra subscribers in Workspace later.
