Google launches platform that can deploy army of AI agents, shows how it built an OS itself
Google launched Antigravity 2.0, an agent-first platform focused on helping developers build software using an army of AI agents that work autonomously. The desktop application can deploy the subagents by itself, keeping the main agents' context window clean. During the live demo at I/O 2026, Google showed how Antigravity 2.0 built an OS in 12 hours, using just $1,000 (₹97,000).
