Google may end Pixel production in China by 2027; shift focus to India, Vietnam: Report

Google has told suppliers about plans to stop manufacturing Pixel devices in China from 2027 amid ongoing US-China tensions, Nikkei Asia reported. The move would cover Pixel smartphones, watches and wireless earbuds. While Vietnam is expected to remain an important production base, India would likely take on a larger role in assembling advanced smartphones.
