Google's ₹8,500-crore investment in SpaceX in 2015 now worth ₹1.26 lakh crore after IPO

After the record IPO of Elon Musk's SpaceX, Google's stake in the aerospace firm surged to $132 billion (₹1.26 lakh crore), making it one of the most profitable venture investments ever recorded. In 2015, Google invested around $900 million (₹8,500 crore) for 7.64% stake in SpaceX, which was valued at $12 billion then. By 2025-end, Google's stake reduced to 6.1%.
