After PM Narendra Modi gifted a bag of Melody, a chocolate toffee, to Italian PM Meloni, the search results for 'Parle Melody' surged approximately 4,750%, according to Google Trends. This also led to stock for real-estate company Parle Industries, which has no connection with the toffee or any Parle products, rallying 5% intraday to ₹5.25 after the clip went viral.
