Google-backed local delivery app Dunzo raises ₹22 crore

Google-backed hyperlocal delivery app Dunzo has raised about ₹22 crore in a Series C funding round, according to Registrar of Companies filings. Dunzo issued cumulative convertible preference shares as part of the deal to investors including Cognizant Co-founder Lakshmi Narayanan. Founded in 2015, the Bengaluru-based startup helps users in paying bills, repairing things, among other daily tasks.
