Google-owned startup Nest's CEO Marwan Fawaz steps down

Google-owned smart home device making startup Nest's CEO Marwan Fawaz is stepping down, the technology giant has confirmed. As part of his departure, Nest will be integrated into Google's home and living room products team led by Google's VP of Product Management Rishi Chandra. It comes two years after Fawaz took over as CEO following Nest Co-founder Tony Fadell's departure.
