Google's self-driving unit Waymo ahead of us: Volkswagen CEO

Talking about the development of self-driving cars, Volkswagen CEO Herbert Diess has said, "We have to admit that Waymo, the Google business, is ahead of us, arguably by one or two years." Adding that the automaker is "determined to catch up", Diess further said, "The game is not yet lost. A lot depends also on regulation."
