Government approves ₹887 crore project for Mumbai’s waterfront

The government has approved the ₹887 crore Viksit Bharat Mumbai Marina, a project that will transform the city into a global maritime tourism hub with world-class infrastructure. The waterfront will not just be open to the public but will also encourage private investments and generate new employment opportunities. It will also boost the Blue Economy with a 400+ yacht capacity.
