Government boys' school building in Himachal's Nurpur locked

The Education Department has shut down and locked the building of Government Senior Secondary School (Boys) in Nurpur, leaving students and parents in the lurch. The action followed a notification issued by the state government on February 18 merging the boys' school with BTC Government (Girls) PM Shri Senior Secondary School, now affiliated to the CBSE.
